Registration and Fees
Training Pricing and Payment Terms
Preseason Conditioning (November - December) - $50 Early Bird Discount $65 After November 1st
Full Competition Season (January - July) - $250
Sibling discounts are available for full season only
Summer Season ONLY (May-July) -$100 Per athlete
Competition Fees - $25 -50 - This fee varies by meet***
*** Competition fees are paid to the meet host and are required for each athlete who wishes to compete.
Training fee includes:
· Administrative expenses
· Track facilities rental
· AAU membership / registration card
· Liability insurance coverage
· USA Track & Field membership / registration card
Meet or Race Participation Fees and uniform purchases are separate
All training fees must be paid within 15 days of signing up. If fees are not paid in full within that time your child will not be allowed to participate in any activities (practices, fundraisers, races or meets).
Important:
· We do accept Credit Cards through our invoice payment system or PayPal. Paypal has a pay in 4 option that you can use.
· Klarna is also an option through our payment system.
· Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
· Some meets, such as the state championships and nationals, may require additional payment for participation (travel, hotel, food, etc.)
Information about additional costs if required will be announced a minimum of one week prior to the event or race.
Youth grants available for those that qualify through Every Kids Sports (https://everykidsports.org/). This grant is offered for fall, winter and spring. See website for specific dates.
Practice Information
Practices are held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:30PM - 8:00PM at Wekiva High School unless otherwise communicated.

*Only sessions canceled by MPA can be made up. Active sessions interrupted by severe weather are not made up.
Registration Items
In order for your athlete's registration to be considered complete, the following items are required:
A completed online MPA Registration Form An uploaded or emailed copy of the athlete's Birth Certificate (no need if submitted in the previous season)Registration/Training Fee [paid online]Rate DOES include AAU athlete membership. DOES NOT include uniform or meet entry fees.Depending on the meet schedule/availability and athlete’s competition status a USATF track membership may be added.Training and Track Association fees are NOT refundable and CANNOT be carried over into another season.
The last day of Competition Season will vary by athlete depending on advancement.
Uniforms
The cost of uniforms is NOT included in the cost of registration. Uniform cost (top & bottom) is approx. $50-70

Meet Entry Fees
The actual fees assessed to participate in a meet are NOT included in the cost of registration. The entry fee amount and the due date for fees to be paid will be communicated and must be paid online prior to the meet entry cutoff date. These fees vary per meet and are assessed either on a per-athlete or per-event basis. Meet entry fees are NOT refundable after payment has been submitted to the Meet Host.

BAND App
Parent communication is handled through our Band App parent group. Once we receive your registration information, you will receive an invite via text, to join the group. Please be sure to join as soon as possible. You might miss important updates regarding, meetings, practices, track meets, etc. if you do not join.
